Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the days we are providing on product page.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delivery times are provided at product pages. 

Shipping rates are provided during the checkout process when applicable. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

It is not possible to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When the product is produced, packaged and ready for delivery – We will hand over it directly to our supplier for shipments. After this, you will receive an Order Tracking Number via Email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Haworth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Haworth is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We are currently shipping to following countries

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland and Sweden.

Asia: Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.
