Vacuum your chair as needed.

For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Setup

Fern is shipped to you as a knock down product, allowing for faster and lower cost delivery.

Efficient and pleasant assembly process requires only few screws to assemble the backrest and castors. It takes no longer than 10 minutes.

Returns

  • Free returns if initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Upon receiving your product, please inspect it carefully to ensure everything is in good condition. Be sure to keep the original packaging for 14 days in case you need to return it.

I’ve been using the Fern Office Chair for a few days now, and it has honestly been one of the best upgrades to my workspace. The back support is absolutely perfect, it feels like the chair is designed to naturally support your spine without forcing an awkward posture.

The lumbar and upper back support are balanced just right, making long work hours feel effortless. I no longer get the usual back strain or stiffness after sitting all day. The chair is extremely comfortable, well built, and the ergonomics are truly top notch.
