How to Measure

Make sure you’re wearing shoes with a heel height that’s typical of what you wear every day.
Sit in the desk chair you use for work, and adjust the seat height so your feet are flat on the floor. The angle between your thighs and calves should be 90 degrees.
Keep an upright posture with your upper arms close to your sides and your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Your forearms should be resting on the armrests of your chair, with your fingers on your keyboard.
Have someone measure from the floor to the bottom of your elbow.
Subtract 2.5cm from the measurement taken in step 4. This is the approximate height your worksurface should be for your best ergonomic posture.

How to Adjust & Care for HAT Elements

Synchronize your desk before first use and once a month to maintain proper function. Read the assembly instructions for details.
If you ever have trouble raising your desk, or if the legs appear out of alignment, it’s time to synchronize it again.
Use a sponge or cloth to clean with water and mild soap or detergent. You can also use household spray cleaner. For difficult stains, use a soft-bristled brush.
